The Leaders Lab works with people who are interested in transforming the community. We provide a learning environment, information, and a variety of tools through workshops, presentations, and networking opportunities to prepare people for community, business, and non-profit leadership.

Leaders Lab opportunities are for any member of the community who is interested in taking a leadership role and working collaboratively with other community members to generate ideas that will lead Fort St. John and area into a strong, prosperous, and sustainable future.


WHAT TOOLS ARE PROVIDED?

Leaders Lab offers information and educational opportunities to help leaders effectively facilitate community decision-making. We offer tools and guidance through sharing of community research, speakers, and workshops. These opportunities help people build confidence, networks, and leadership capacity.
